I’m a proud Chicagoan from the Logan Square neighborhood, and I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years, including over 10 years of personal training experience. I enjoy working with clients of all ages to identify primary and secondary goals through an adaptive approach to fitness training. My focus is on efficiently achieving results by setting goals with clients, providing feedback, and creating a sense of accountability by continually measuring strengths and weaknesses. My progressive fitness plans include aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and flexibility training to generate results that include improved body composition, enhanced physical performance, stronger cardiovascular conditioning, and personal confidence.

Outside of the gym, I am a passionate American football fan, having been a wide receiver for the Chicago Thunder semi-pro football team from 2004-11. I also have a passion for music; over the years, I’ve been a performer (over 100 live performances at Chicago venues that include Metro, House of Blues, Schubas, and Martyrs), manager, music engineer (mixed and mastered over 25 professional projects across genres that include hiphop, rock, soul, rockabilly, funk, and reggae), song writer, and vocalist/emcee.
